This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns or refunds can be requested for products purchased from https://kokanfresh.in/.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. General Conditions

Since mangoes are a highly perishable natural product, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos/videos of the delivered box and affected mangoes.
  • The mangoes must not be consumed or disposed of before raising a claim.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.

2. Eligible Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged or Spoiled Mangoes:

    If you receive mangoes that are damaged, overripe, or spoiled at the time of delivery, we will issue a replacement or refund for the affected quantity after verifying your claim.

  • Incorrect Order Delivered:

    If you receive a different quantity/variety than ordered, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

3. Non-Returnable Items

As mangoes are perishable, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Partially consumed mangoes.
  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Taste preference (since natural sweetness may vary slightly by harvest).
  • Mangoes stored improperly after delivery (e.g., not refrigerated when required).

4. Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
  • Refund Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: If only part of the order is spoiled/damaged, refunds will be issued proportionately.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, as mangoes are perishable.
